FMRI weekly QA results

The fMRI QA analysis is based on the review paper,
Major upgrades or changes:
August 17, 2009: The scanner software was upgraded from R1.8.3 to R2.6.3. PAR/REC file was upgraded from version 4.1 to 4.2.
February 10, 2010: Part of the HW (cables and reconstruction computer) was upgraded for 32 Channel head coil.
April 30, 2010: Replace the whole RF deck (RF amplifier).
June 24, 2010: Install new batteries of UPS for host, reconstruction and CDAS computers.
October 19, 2010: The scanner software was upgraded from R2.6.3 to R3.2.1.
October 25, 2010: The new 32CH head coil joined the imaging center.
The QA results will be updated every month.
